Angels Baseball 2014 Season Seat Postseason Terms and Conditions
Season Ticket Terms and Conditions: In addition to Terms and Conditions set forth in the Season Ticket Holder Terms and Conditions (SSHTC), the following additional terms and conditions apply for 2014 Postseason Tickets:
Postseason Tickets: Account holder agrees to purchase tickets to all Angels Postseason games played at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. You may purchase all or a fewer number of seats identified on your invoice. However, for every seat selected, you must purchase all Postseason games for that seat. For example, you may not elect to purchase World Series games and decline to purchase Division Series or American League Championship Series games. Seat assignments are final and cannot be changed. Additional games or seats cannot be added to your order.
Postseason Ticket Return Policy: There are no refunds, exchanges or credits for Postseason games that have been played.
Credit for Un-played Games: Should the Angels be eliminated from Postseason play or should any Postseason games not be played, the amount paid, including the $5.00 per ticket fee, for un-played games will be applied to the Season Seat Holders account and can be applied to the purchase of 2015 season tickets or refunded. Credit will not be given for handling and processing charges once tickets are issued.
Refunds for Un-played Games: Refund requests must be made in writing either by 1) mail to: Angels 2014 Postseason Refund, P.O. Box 61078, Anaheim, CA 92806 or 2) e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will only be issued to the Account Holder of record. Do not return tickets for un-played games. These tickets will not be honored for refund at any location. Requests for refunds should be submitted by December 1, 2014. If you have questions, please contact the Client Service Department at 1-888-796-HALO.
Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment with the exception of cash, cash will be refunded by check. Please allow approximately 35 business days after the conclusion of Major League Baseballs 2014 World Series for processing and mailing of refunds. No interest will be paid on any refunded amounts. Refunds do not apply to handling and processing charges once tickets have been issued. Refunds of the $5.00 per ticket fee will only be issued for games that are not played. All refund requests must contain the account number and contact name of the Account Holder of record. Important: Refunds will be issued only to the Account Holder of record and only to the address on file with the Angels.
Postseason Flex Plan/Methods of Payment: Season seat holders selecting the 3-Part or 5-Part payment plans for their 2015 season seats have the option of taking part in a 3-Part Postseason Flex Pay. The Tiebreakers, Wild Card, and ALDS rounds will be charged on August 28, 2014 (30% of invoice). The ALCS payment will be charged on October 2rd (30%) and the World Series payment will be charged on October 16th (40%). If the Angels are eliminated from post season play by the subsequent payment dates, you will not be charged. Payment for tickets may be made by MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Visa. Credit card payments can be made online at angels.com through MyAngelsAccount. If you have not activated your account online, you may do so by logging onto angels.com and linking to MyAngelsAccount for instructions. If you mail your invoice and payment, mail early to meet the August 28, 2014 deadline. Payments by phone or fax will NOT be accepted. Partial payments or late payments will be returned unprocessed. Once the Ticket Office receives and processes the invoice and payment, changes and/or cancellations will not be allowed.
Payment in Full Due Date/Methods of Payment: Payment in full for Postseason tickets must be received in the Angels Ticket Office on or before August 28, 2014. Payment for tickets may be made by check, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Visa. Please print your account number on your check. Credit card payments can be made online at angels.com through MyAngelsAccount. If you have not activated your account online, you may do so by logging onto angels.com and linking to MyAngelsAccount for instructions. If you mail your invoice and payment, mail early to meet the August 28, 2014 deadline. Payments by phone or fax will NOT be accepted. Late payments will be returned unprocessed. Once the Ticket Office receives and processes the invoice and payment, changes and/or cancellations will not be allowed.
Delivery of Tickets: Tickets will be delivered to the address on file with Angels Baseball. The Angels Ticket Office cannot be used for distribution of Postseason tickets. Drop-offs at Will Call will not be accepted. For the security of your tickets, address changes must be in writing, signed by the Account Holder of record and accompanied by a current, valid and readable copy of the ticket holders photo identification. Approximate delivery date of the Postseason tickets is September 24, 2014. Signature of recipient is required. If you miss the initial delivery, instructions will be left by the delivery service on how to arrange for redelivery or pick-up at their location.
Lost or Stolen Tickets: Please safeguard your Postseason tickets and handle them as you would handle cash. Risk of loss or theft passes to the Account Holder upon receipt of the tickets. Stolen Postseason tickets will be replaced only when the season Account Holder of record presents an official police report to the Angels Ticket Office. Lost Postseason tickets will not be replaced in any manner including, without limitation, the issuance of replacement tickets and cannot be repurchased under any circumstances.
Transfer of Tickets: Once games to be played have been determined, the ticket resale and/or transfer system, the Angels Ticket Exchange Marketplace or another approved service (henceforth known as the System ) online program will be activated for the resale and forwarding of tickets. Any and all use of the System is subject to the terms and conditions associated with accessing said System. Contact your Client Service Representative to confirm activation date. The Angels reserve the right to suspend, modify, and/or cancel the System or issue alternative approved service at any time in their sole discretion. The Angels reserve the right to disengage Account Holders access to electronically post for sale and forward tickets or revoke Account Holders season tickets if the System Terms & Conditions are violated. There is no limit on the number of games that Ticketholder may post for sale. However, the Angels may, in their sole discretion, not allow certain tickets, or certain amounts of tickets, to be posted.
It is a material breach of the Postseason and Season Ticket Terms and Conditions for an Account Holder to offer, attempt, or complete the sale, trade, forward, or any transfer of Postseason tickets to a third party ticket broker, agency, internet broker and/or auction sites, or individual who purchases, sells in any known or unknown media, and/or otherwise transfers event tickets without the express written consent of the Angels. In the event of a breach by the Account Holder, Angels shall have the right but not obligation to terminate the Account Holders account and shall have no obligation to refund or credit any amount to the Account Holder. In event of termination under this paragraph, Account Holder agrees to pay Angels liquidated damages in the amount equal to the balance on the Account Holders account at the time of termination.
Warning: Persons who sell or offer tickets for sale on game premises will be removed, may face prosecution, and are subject to account termination.
Advertising and Promotions: Postseason tickets may not be used for contests, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes (including without limitation, as raffle prizes for charities) without the express written consent of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball.
Presentation of Postseason Games: Since Major League Baseball, not Angels Baseball presents Postseason games, Angels Baseball must abide by and enforce the policies set forth by Major League Baseball.
Wheelchair Seating Policy: Tickets in Row WC are designated as wheelchair and companion locations. Portable chairs will not be provided for tickets designated as wheelchair locations for any game. A fixed seat will be provided for a companion as required by law. If you do not require this accommodation, please do not purchase seats with Row WC indicated on them, as the Angels will not be able to reseat you in a comparable location or refund any difference in price. Tickets in Row SA are designated for guests who are not in a wheelchair but cannot climb or descend stairs because of a disability, and their companions. If you do not require this specific accommodation, please do not purchase seats with Row SA indicated on them, as the Angels will not be able to reseat you in a comparable location or refund any difference in price.
Angels Baseball Season Seat Terms and Conditions Effective 2015 Season
This Season Ticket Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the purchaser of the season tickets ("Account Holder") and Angels Baseball LP ("Angels").
In consideration of the promises and mutual covenants herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by all parties, the parties agree as follows:

Angels Account Manager by Ticketmaster is your one-stop shop for all online account management. Now you can make deposits and payments, renew your season ticket package, all from your own personal online account.
To get even more out of your season ticket investment, you can also forward tickets to friends via email. Your season tickets never have to go unused again.
Angels Account Manager now allows you to make all of your ticket invoice payments online. Simply log in to your personal account and select the "Pay Invoice" option. Here you can view your invoices, make payments and renew your season ticket package for next year. Take advantage of this option and avoid the hassles of making payments in-person, over the phone or by mail.
Now you can send your tickets to virtually anyone, beginning 48 hours before and up to 2 hours before the game, via Ticket Forwarding. This service allows you to forward tickets to friends, family or clients when you can't attend a game. Simply log in to your personal account and select the tickets you wish to send, enter the recipient's information and select "Forward." It's so easy - you don't even need to have the tickets in hand. Avoid the hassles of overnight and in-person delivery and start enjoying the benefits of this new service.
Each of your season tickets carries a unique barcode, ensuring that they are authentic. During the forwarding process, the barcode on your original season ticket is cancelled and a new one issued electronically. The recipient is sent a new ticket via TicketFast® with a unique barcode that can be printed right away.
