Catalyst Media Group (CMG) licences Major League Baseball Advanced Media (MLBAM) content for wireless distribution in UK and Ireland

Catalyst Media Group plc, the leading provider of services supporting the distribution of audio-visual content on digital platforms, today announces an agreement with Major League Baseball Advanced Media, LP (MLBAM) for the wireless distribution of certain MLBAM content to consumers in the UK and Ireland.

Catalyst Media has agreed to distribute logos and club graphics of each of the 30 teams comprising Major League Baseball in the United Kingdom as wallpaper for use on mobile phones.

The agreement covers the current season ending with the "World Series" championship in autumn 2005 with an option to renew for the following season. Catalyst Media will provide guaranteed minimum revenues to MLBAM for the sale of the logos.
