Fans asked to vote online & select final Phillies Ballgirl, presented by Macy's Voting starts today at

There's one spot left to fill on the Phillies Ballgirls 2011 roster - and it's up to fans to decide who will get the coveted position.

Starting today, fans are able to cast their vote on and help fill the final Phillies Ballgirl position for next season. There are five candidates up for the one remaining position, all selected from an intense ballgirl interview and tryout process held earlier this month.

Fans are also able to view videos of the candidates from the recent tryouts at

"We are excited to see who the fans will select to fill the final Phillies Ballgirl position," said Michele DeVicaris, Manager of the Phillies Ballgirls. "They are all outstanding candidates, phenomenal athletes, and terrific role models. It will no doubt be a tough decision."

The five candidates for fans to vote to become a Phillies Ballgirl are:

  • Mary Kate Covely from Pitman, NJ, an elementary/special education student at Gloucester County College
  • Jenna DiDonato from Hamilton, NJ, a recent graduate from Rowan University
  • Genevieve Haney from Levittown, Pa., a marketing coordinator for Villanova University
  • Elizabeth Labor from Havertown, Pa., a student at the University of Maryland
  • Julie Kramer from Tabernacle, NJ, a Burlington County College student majoring in Culinary Arts

Voting on ends Tuesday, November 30, at 5:00 p.m.

The winning contestant from the voting will be named as the final ballgirl for the 2011 baseball season. The entire lineup of 2011 Phillies Ballgirls will also be announced in December.

Last year, more than 66,000 votes on were cast to select the final Phillies Ballgirl. It was the first time fans voted to select a Phillies Ballgirl. For more information on the Phillies Ballgirls and their work on and off the field, please visit
