During the Inaugural Season at Marlins Park, the Marlins Foundation made a pledge to partner with nonprofit organizations to serve South Florida's youth through unique programming. The Foundation demonstrates this commitment by selecting four organizations every season to become Marlins Charity Partners. Through the Marlins Charity Partner Empowerment Fund, funded primarily by players, each nonprofit organization is awarded a $25,000 contribution, as well as unique experiences and offerings at Marlins Park. Through Marlins Charity Partners, the team makes a deep and focused impact with South Florida youth through education, the arts and baseball. This values-driven program is a signature example of the team's commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and civic engagement.
