Comments: He may be a bit of a project, but he's the kind that many teams like to take on. Marrs is a big, strong, athletic and projectable high school right-hander with arm strength galore. He can get his fastball easily into the mid-90s and hasn't shown any ill effects from last year's shoulder injury. There isn't much else that's consistent besides his velocity and whoever drafts him will have to work on secondary pitches as well as his command. That kind of live arm isn't so common, so someone is likely to take a leap and try to teach Marrs the nuances of pitching. Enhanced Scouting Report
