32Culver, CitoIrondequoit HS (NY)SSS/R6'00"1992-08-26HS
Comments: Culver is a switch-hitter who's better from the left side of the plate, showing more bat speed from that side. He has some gap-to-gap power right now. He looks like he should have above-average speed, but his run times haven't been great and he's better underway. At times, scouts have questions his effort level on the field, though they don't question his natural gifts. He has the tools, especially his arm strength, to perhaps stay at shortstop, though a move to center field could make some sense. He has a Maryland commitment, but there was some buzz that he'd be willing to forego that for the right price.

Comments: Viramontes started three games in 2009 before an injury caused him to be red-flagged for the season. He was selected in the 11th round of the 2007 First-Year Player Draft by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim but did not sign.

205Encinas, GabeSt. Paul HS (CA)RHPR/R6'03"1951991-12-21HS
Comments: Encinas is an intriguing, if not elite, right-handed pitching prospect from the California high school ranks. He has a good sinking fastball that induces plenty of ground balls. While his secondary stuff is more inconsistent, he does a terrific job of pounding the strike zone and going right after hitters. He has plenty of room for growth in that 6-foot-3 frame, and a team that wants to dream on that projection might take a shot with him.

385Burawa, DanielSt. JohnsRHPR/R6'03"1901988-12-30JR
Comments: Burawa has been a bit tough to evaluate because of an unproven track record. A transfer from Suffolk Community College, an early-season suspension has limited his time on the mound this spring. His arm action and delivery are not ideal, but he's created a buzz with a fastball he runs up to 94-95 mph with some life down in the zone. His slider is fringy average, but there's enough to work with there. His command isn't great, but it may not be as much of an issue in a relief role and that live of an arm tends to do well.

595Jordan, KevinNorthside HS (GA)CFL/R6'00"1921991-11-14HS
Comments: When healthy, Jordan is a very good athlete, with five-tool potential and power to spare. Being healthy hasn't been easy for him this year as he's been sick all season with a strep throat that led to an infection. That, obviously, makes him a little more difficult to evaluate, but a team that believes in the tools it's seen in the past could take a shot.
