Philling in: Randy Wolf may be returning to Philadelphia, as the Phillies remain in serious talks on a one-year deal. ... The chance of acquiring Japanese right-hander Hiroki Kuroda is becoming less likely. The Mariners and D-backs also are in the mix, and Seattle is Kuroda's preferred destination. ... Phillies general manager Pat Gillick conceded Monday that center fielder Torii Hunter's five-year, $90 million contract with the Angels could affect negotiations with Aaron Rowand. Rowand is believed to be seeking a pact in the five-year, $70 million range. Is that out of the Phillies' range? "I wouldn't say it pushes him out of our range," Gillick said, "but it pushes the market up." ... The Phillies spoke with Scott Boras last week about a potential deal for Kyle Lohse, and they were told the pitcher is seeking a five-year contract.
