Phils' trophy tour to go through March

World Series hardware has already logged more than 10,000 miles

CLEARWATER, Fla. -- The Phillies will continue their World Series championship trophy tour through March.

More than 109,000 people have already seen the trophy, which has made more than 100 appearances and traveled more than 10,000 miles.

The trophy will be at Bright House Field on Wednesday, when the Phillies play Team Canada in an exhibition for the World Baseball Classic, and March 31, when Philadelphia plays the Toronto Blue Jays. It will be in a various Philadelphia-area colleges in the upcoming weeks as part of the Phillies Spring Fling.

Flyers fans will be able to check out the hardware on March 10 at the Wachovia Center, when the Buffalo Sabres are in town.

Folks flying on March 12 can see the trophy at the Philadelphia International Airport.
