Victorino ejected after caught stealing
Phils center fielder tosses helmet following first-inning call
ATLANTA -- Center fielder Shane Victorino's return to the Phillies' lineup lasted a half-inning Sunday against the Braves at Turner Field.
Victorino, who missed the previous two games after being pulled from Thursday's game because of illness, was ejected in the top of the first inning after second-base umpire Chad Fairchild called him out on a stolen-base attempt.
Victorino appeared to be safe.
Victorino spiked his helmet in front of Fairchild, but it wasn't until he appeared to say something to Fairchild that he was ejected.
Ben Francisco replaced Victorino in center field.
Following the game, Victorino had no comment on the ejection.
