Left-handed pitchers Jesse Biddle and Adam Morgan and right-hander Nefi Ogando had their contracts selected to the Phillies 40-man roster, Senior Vice President and General Manager Ruben Amaro Jr. announced today.

Konerko and Rollins named co-winners of the 2014 Roberto Clemente Award
Paul Konerko, the newly retired great of the Chicago White Sox, and Jimmy Rollins of the Philadelphia Phillies today were named co-winners of the 2014 Roberto Clemente Award presented by Chevrolet. Konerko and Rollins were honored by Major League Baseball at a press conference prior to Game Three of the World Series at AT&T Park. This is the first time in the Award's history that it has been presented to two winners in one year.
