Phillies announce World Series Trophy Tour stops for March
Appearances to include Spring Training, Philadelphia Film Festival/CineFest 09, local tourist destinations and colleges
tickets for any Major League Baseball game

The trophy has traveled over 10,000 miles with stops including Clearwater and Las Vegas, courtesy of Southwest Airlines. Future plans include appearances at several Phillies Spring Training games at Bright House Field, as well as trips to Phoenix, Dallas and Washington, DC. Tuesday, March 10
  • Drexel University, as part of annual Phillies Spring Fling to area colleges. (NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC).
  • Wachovia Center, Buffalo Sabres vs. Philadelphia Flyers, on display in the Broad Street Atrium at 5:30 p.m. when the doors open through the first intermission. Game time 7:00 p.m. Also attending: Phillie Phanatic and Phillies Ballgirls. For game tickets, visit http://flyers.nhl.com.

Trophy will be at a special screening of The Perfect Season: The 2008 Phillies Video Yearbook, a documentary that gives fans the chance to relive all the excitement, drama and intrigue that made Philadelphia a world-champion city once again.
