The Phillies are putting their cooking skills on display for charity with the newly-released From Our Home to Yours, A Collection of Phillies Recipes.

This special cookbook, presented by the Phillies Wives and Phillies Charities, Inc., features over 30 traditional recipes and anecdotes directly from the Phillies players, coaching staff and their families. From the Ibañez family's traditional Shrimp Ceviche to Roy Halladay's Aunt Marcia's Never-Fail Rolls to Ryan Howard's Grandmother's cornbread, From Our Home to Yours offers a little bit of everything straight from the team to the fans.

Also included are favorite recipes from manager Charlie Manuel, as well as players Joe Blanton, Jose Contreras, Ben Francisco, Ross Gload, Cole Hamels, David Herndon, Kyle Kendrick, Brad Lidge, Ryan Madson, Placido Polanco, Carlos Ruiz, Brian Schneider, Chase Utley and Shane Victorino, among others. Even the Phillie Phanatic shares a tasty dish.

"We hope our fans enjoy trying out our favorite family classics," said Johari Rollins, who collaborated with her husband, Jimmy Rollins, to provide a Rollins' "Just Peachy" Homemade Peach Cobbler. "The most important part of this unique cookbook is the assistance it will provide to the kids at the Covenant House Pennsylvania." The shelter serves homeless, runaway and at-risk children and teens.
