Victorino intends to play in Game 6
Phillies center fielder considered day-to-day after injury

Yankees left-hander A.J. Burnett hit Victorino in the right index finger with a 93 mph fastball in the first inning. X-rays were negative, but Phillies general manager Ruben Amaro Jr. said Victorino had a bruise. Victorino said that would not be an issue Wednesday."Two thumbs up," Victorino said. Victorino said he had little problem throwing the baseball, but said hitting proved to be difficult. Ben Francisco replaced Victorino in center field in the eighth inning. Victorino ran onto the field, only to find Francisco standing there. "I wanted to play," Victorino said.
