Charlie Manuel has returned to the Phillies organization, according to Brian Startare of ESPN Radio 97.5, and will reportedly serve as a senior adviser to general manager Ruben Amaro Jr., according to Jim Salisbury of CSNPhilly.com. The Phils have not confirmed Manuel's return.
