Despite being spotted seven runs by his offense, Tim Lincecum and the bullpen came apart in the seventh inning, surrendering five runs to send the Giants to a loss against the Phillies on Sunday. The Giants tied it in the ninth, but the 'pen couldn't hold Philly.
