The Mets may have completely dominated Game 1 of the two-borough doubleheader, but they weren't able to do much in the nightcap against Yankees starter Sidney Ponson. Pedro Martinez started off strong, but in his last three frames, the righty gave up two runs in each inning, giving the Bombers all they needed for the win.
