'My Yankees Account' Manager

All Ticket Licensees can add a Ticket Shipping Address to their Ticket License Account. This Ticket Shipping Address will only be used for the Shipping of regular season or Postseason Tickets, when applicable. To submit a new Ticket Shipping address, please complete the following form.

For the purposes of adding a Ticket Shipping Address, P.O. Boxes are not permitted. The adding of a Ticket Shipping Address must be requested in writing by the Ticket Licensee or an officer of the business entity, if a business entity is the Ticket Licensee.

Each Ticket Account represents a Non-Renewable, Revocable Ticket License (the "License") offered by the Yankees to the Ticket Licensee and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth: (1) in this booklet, (2) on the Invoice and (3) on the back of each Ticket. The License covers each Ticket Account pursuant to which the Ticket Licensee is permitted to purchase Tickets for all or a predetermined number of the Yankees' Regular Season home games (each a "Game," and collectively, the "Games"). Receipt by the Yankees of the Ticket Licensee's payment for the Tickets constitutes the Ticket Licensee's acceptance of the License pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein, on the Invoice and on the back of each Ticket. By accepting the License, the Ticket Licensee acknowledges and agrees that it neither has a reasonable expectation to renew the License nor any right or privilege, implied or otherwise, to renew the License.

Each Ticket covered by the License represents a separate non-renewable, revocable License which only permits the bearer the right to: (1) enter the publicly-accessible areas of Yankee Stadium (the "Stadium") at times determined by the Yankees; (2) attend the Game identified on the Ticket; and (3) sit in the seat location identified on the Ticket. The License, the Ticket Account and Tickets are revocable at the sole discretion of the Yankees, with or without cause, including, but not limited to, failure to pay or violations of any of the terms, conditions, rules or regulations as determined by the Yankees.

The Ticket Account may only be registered in the name of one adult individual or legal business entity, who shall be identified as the Ticket Licensee in the Yankees' Ticket Account database. In the event that the Ticket Account is registered in the name of a legal business entity, a "contact person" must be identified for the limited purpose of correspondence and contact; provided, however, in no event will the "contact person" be considered the Ticket Licensee.

The Ticket Licensee must be a living adult individual, or legal business entity. The Ticket Licensee appears on the first line of the invoice that was sent to you.

The License, the Ticket Account, and/or any privileges the Ticket Licensee may have hereunder, shall not be assigned or transferred in any manner, whether voluntarily or by gift, bequest, or operation of law, by the Ticket Licensee to any other person or entity without the express written consent of the Yankees. Payment for the Ticket Account by anyone other than the Ticket Licensee, and receipt thereof by the Yankees, does not constitute or effectuate an assignment or transfer of the License. Only the Ticket Licensee can request a Ticket Account be assigned or transferred.

In order to effect a valid change in the name/identity of the Ticket Licensee, the Ticket Licensee must forward a notarized letter to the Yankees Ticket Manager requesting and authorizing the change. With respect to legal business entity accounts, in order to change the contact person/phone number, the Ticket Licensee must forward a letter on the business entity's letterhead signed by an officer of the business entity with authority to authorize the change (e.g., President, General Partner, etc.). A business entity account may not be transferred and/or converted to an individual account.
