At Bat in our Community

Explorers' Night - Phillies Exploring wraps up their year with an on field recognition for all their accomplishments they have achieved.

Interested in learning about a career in the sports industry? The Phillies Explorers program, open to high school boys and girls, allows students the opportunity to attend eight sessions every other week from November to March at the ballpark and hear from different Phillies employees. Each session highlights a member(s) of our front office who will discuss their job and their career path. Professionals from areas including ticket sales, broadcasting, merchandise, marketing/advertising sales, baseball administration, ballpark operations, public relations and community outreach help Explorers learn how instrumental each aspect is to the Phillies organization. Through interactive projects and discussions, each student will trace the steps that the Phillies front office takes to seamlessly execute what you see at the ballpark.
