In order to purchase a membership to Fightin' Phils Fan Club, you must complete the Fightin' Phils Fan Club order form on phillies.com. You must provide complete and accurate information, including name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work, mobile and/or fax), e-mail address, valid payment card information and shipping address. The phillies.com Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. The e-mail address used at purchase or activation will be your Fightin' Phils Fan Club member login. You must use (or, for gifts, provide) a unique e-mail address and password for each membership purchased. For your convenience, you have the option to have your Fightin' Phils Fan Club membership automatically renew at the previous year's regular full price. Your automatically renewed membership may come with premiums (e.g. hat, decal) of equal or greater value to the items provided as premiums in the previous year, though the exact type of premium(s) provided may change from year to year. If you purchased a 2012 Fightin' Phils Fan Club membership with automatic renewal option but would like to cancel the automatic renewal option, you can do so by sending an e-mail requesting cancellation of automatic renewal to fightinphils@phillies.mlb.com before December 1, 2012. (Renewed memberships cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts in 2012.) Fightin' Phils Fan Club will contact members whose memberships are subject to automatic renewal by email in the spring of the following season to notify them of pending renewal (see below).
AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING YOUR 2011 MEMBERSHIP
All 2011 Fightin' Phils Fan Club members who selected the automatic renewal option when originally purchasing their membership, who have not cancelled or purchased a new membership for 2012, will receive notification of the pending renewal in January 2012, and then automatically have their membership renew approximately two weeks later.
IF YOU PURCHASED A GIFT
Gift memberships cannot be automatically renewed from year to year.
We will contact your gift recipient via e-mail to let him/her know that you have purchased a gift Fightin' Phils Fan Club membership on their behalf. Please be aware that the recipient will need to activate the membership using the link in the gift notification e-mail in order to receive the Fightin' Phils Fan Club benefits and welcome package, so please be sure that the e-mail address was entered correctly. If the intended recipient did not receive the e-mail, please contact us. Consistent with the MLB.com Privacy Policy, children under 13 are not eligible to register for an MLB.com account.
YOU MUST ACTIVATE YOUR GIFT MEMBERSHIP TO RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF YOUR FIGHTIN' PHILS FAN CLUB MEMBERSHIP, YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD AND YOUR WELCOME PACKAGE. The e-mail you receive when you are notified of your gift includes a special link and information on how to activate your membership. You must click on that link and follow activation instructions.
NOTE: In order to receive the benefits of your 2012 Fightin' Phils Fan Club gift membership, we recommend you activate your membership as soon as possible. You must activate by September 27, 2012. If you do not activate by such date, your gift membership package will be sent to the address provided by the original gift purchaser at the end of the regular season.

Your Fightin' Phils Fan Club welcome package contains your personalized membership card, Fightin' Phils Fan Club T-Shirt, and Fightin' Phils Fan Club Patch.
Membership cards and welcome packages will begin shipping in January 2012. Gift membership welcome packages will be shipped within approximately 4-6 weeks following the gift recipient's online activation. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Neither the Philadelphia Phillies nor MLB.com are responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Any 2012 membership cards returned by the US Postal Service will be held at MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011 until the conclusion of the 2012 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by the applicable Fightin' Phils Fan Club member by providing proof of identification to MLB.com. Members of Fightin' Phils Fan Club will receive a $2 discount off the face value regular ticket price on a tour of Citizens Bank Park. Discounted rates are $8 for adults, $4 for children (3-14 years) and senior citizens. Information on purchasing will be posted on the the Fightin' Phils Fan Club members-only section on phillies.com by 2/1/2012. Tour tickets must be redeemed by 9/30/2012.

A one-time-use promotional code will be available to all members through the the Fightin' Phils Fan Club members-only section on phillies.com. The promotional code will be valid from December 1, 2011, through September 30, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Limit one use per customer/e-mail address. Members of Fightin' Phils Fan Club may elect to receive a 30-day trial of the MLB Insiders Club. You can continue your membership for only $2/month (billed annually). Upon payment of first year's dues you will be shipped a FREE Philadelphia Phillies Stadium Blanket, a FREE MLB Insiders Guide, a FREE MLB Records Booklet, plus then-current members will get a FREE Official MLB All-Star Game Program in July, all at no additional cost.
