2011 Season Ticket Holder Postseason Refund Request

PLEASE NOTE: The refund process was active for three business days after the conclusion of the Phillies final game of the season (including postseason play). Any questions regarding your season ticket account or postseason refund, please call the Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-5000.

Please note the following regarding postseason reimbursements:

Reimbursement for any postseason games not played will be made directly to the account holder of record.
Reimbursements are only for any postseason games and parking NOT played.
Refunds will be given via your method of payment.
The $25.00 processing fee is not refundable whether or not a postseason game is played, and whether or not tickets are or are not mailed, or picked up in person.
Refunds will be processed automatically approximately two to three weeks after the last Phillies game (including postseason play).
