Registration Details

Registration for Modell's Sporting Goods Opening Day on April 9, 2012 ("Opening Day") and the three-game series versus the Boston Red Sox on May 18-20, 2012 ("Red Sox Series") ticket opportunities began at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) January 13, 2012. The Opening Day registration will close at noon ET, Friday, February 24, 2012. The Red Sox Series registration will close at noon ET on Friday, March 2, 2012. The Phillies will conduct a random selection of winners from the pool of registrants for Opening Day and for the Red Sox Series. The winners will have the opportunity to purchase up to four (4) tickets to Opening Day or four tickets one (1) game in the Red Sox Series, which will be played at Citizens Bank Park, Philadelphia, PA. The Phillies will make winners aware of the exact number of tickets the winner has the opportunity to purchase. Exact date, times and instructions for ticket purchase will be communicated by e-mail to each applicant selected. If a selected applicant does not follow these instructions, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular registrant will be selected. Winners may not transfer this purchase opportunity.

In order to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. In addition, you must complete and submit the entry form located below during the Registration Period. Limit one entry per person. In the case of multiple entries for the same individual, only the first entry received will be considered. Only entries submitted to the Phillies during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid.

Random Drawings

A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase up to four (4) tickets to Opening Day at Citizens Bank Park will be held on a date to be determined. The Phillies will make winners aware of the exact number of tickets the winner has the opportunity to purchase. Each applicant selected will be notified on a date to be determined via the e-mail address submitted on the registration form. Those applicants whose names are selected shall have an opportunity to purchase Opening Day tickets at a date and time to be indicated in the e-mail. In the event that the winner does not respond to such notification by purchasing Opening Day tickets in the timeframe indicated, a disqualification will result.

A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase up to four (4) tickets to one (1) game of the Red Sox Series at Citizens Bank Park will be held on a date to be determined. The Phillies will make winners aware of the exact number of tickets the winner has the opportunity to purchase. Each applicant selected will be notified on a date to be determined via the e-mail address submitted on the registration form. Those applicants whose names are selected shall have an opportunity to purchase Red Sox Series tickets at a date and time to be indicated in the e-mail. In the event that the winner does not respond to such notification by purchasing Red Sox Series tickets in the timeframe indicated, a disqualification will result.

Registrants (including winners of previous drawings) will be eligible for each drawing. You may not use any tickets purchased in connection with the drawings for any promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.

NOTE: MLB game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Philadelphia Phillies, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Phillies ticket holders generally; as such the Phillies from time to time in their sole discretion may amend policies.

You may not use any tickets purchased in connection with the drawing for any promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.
