As a Giants Ticket Member, you are able to manage your season and individual game tickets by simply logging into your My SF Tix account.

Log into Your My SF Tix Account

Just insert your season ticket account number and designated password. Once in your account, you are able to sell your tickets electronically using StubHub, email your tickets using Ticket Relay, and donate your tickets. All of this can be done electronically, saving you valuable time.

Ticket Donations

By using Ticket Relay, you can instantly donate your tickets to disadvantaged persons in the Bay Area with a few clicks of your mouse. All donations go to CATS (Community Access Ticket Services), who assist the Giants in distributing donated tickets to non-profit social service agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Instructions for donating your tickets:

Login to your My SF Tix account
Once logged in, simply select the My Giants Tickets tab.
Select the tickets you would like to donate, and click on the "donate" button.
Select CATS from the drop down menu
Click "Donate" and your tickets will be emailed to CATS electronically
