2016 Special Events are subject to availability. Tickets are subject to dynamic pricing and are available on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage you to buy early and lock in the special item and discounted price.
All Special Event tickets will have a special code on the ticket and are in a specific seating location. In order to redeem any item or gain access to any special activity you will need to present us with your Special Event ticket at the distribution location specified on the Special Events webpage.
The only way to receive the special event item or participate in any of the events is through purchasing a special event ticket. You can purchase it on raysbaseball.com by clicking the Suites & Groups Tickets link under the Tickets tab or by organizing a group to the event and contacting 727-825-3406 or email@example.com
If you've purchased the ticket through our special events webpage using the password given to you, then you've purchased the correct ticket. Since we do have several special events throughout the season, make sure to check what event you are buying before completing your purchase. Once you have purchased the tickets, your ticket should have the seating area printed on the ticket that the special event is located in.
The item distribution location will be posted on the Rays Special Event webpage. Please check there for the specific location. Once gates open on the date of the game, go to the specified distribution area to pick up your item and present us with your special event ticket. Items will be available for pick up beginning when gates open until the end of the 5th inning. You will NOT be able to receive an item or gain access to any special activities without your ticket.
Items are subject to availability and are on a first come, first served basis. Items can only be claimed on the day of the special event within the specified time frame.
If you have already purchased a ticket to a special event game you can choose to upgrade your single game ticket to the special event ticket by calling our upgrade hotline at 727-825-3209.
Special opportunities will be available to Season Ticket Holders throughout the season. Options will vary based on the event. Please contact your Season Ticket Services Specialist at 727-825-3250 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
The Rays Flex Pack is not combinable with a Special Event or any other special offer throughout the season. If you choose a special event game date as one of your Flex Pack games you will not be eligible to receive the special event item. You must purchase a Special Event ticket in order to receive special event item.
Special Event tickets are purchased in advance through our special events website or through a Group Sales Account Executive with a qualified group. The only way to redeem a special event item is by having the correct special event ticket.
Special event items are subject to availability and are only available to pick up at the specific game date, location, and time listed on the Rays Special Events webpage.
You can purchase up to 8 special event tickets online at one time. Groups of 20 or more may be eligible to receive additional discounts to the special event. Group sales opportunities are only available through our Group Sales department. Tickets to special events are not available through the Tropicana Field Box Office and are not available day of game.
